- Sizes: 8x8 — 18x60
- 2x6 framing on 16" centers
- Rafters 16" on center, sized to meet snow load
- 7' or 8' wall height
- 3/4" Advantech subfloor
- Housewrapped and ventilated
- R21 mineral wool insulation
- Walls. and ceiling: 1/2" plywood, LP Smartside, Pine T&G, or drywall
- Vinyl windows and insulated single or french doors
- 100 amp electrical package (200 amp option)
- Exterior options: LP Smartside panels, vinyl lap siding, LP lap siding, LP board and batten, vertical metal siding
- We will work with you to get all necessary permits and inspections

If you want to DIY your own studio, this is the option for you. An upgraded shed frame with housewrap, 2x6 construction, vinyl windows, and insulated doors. Insulation and electrical rough in are options.
